Save the date - BBQ in the Canadian Badlands!
The Rocking R Guest Ranch will be participating in Open Farm Days this year and we will be hosting a "Culinary Event" at the ranch. Enjoy farm-to-table cuisine prepared by our amazing Chef, Judy Wood. We will be featuring the best in local entertainment, throughout the evening and you can sample wine from Field Stone Fruit Wines; Alberta's first cottage winery. Hop on the horse drawn wagon for a ride around the local countryside or try your hand at roping! There will be liquor available for sale so grab a cocktail and watch the sun set over the lake from the deck of our beautiful new wedding tent. This is a suitcase party so pack an overnight bag for a chance to stay the night in one of our beautiful cabins. We have two cabins so will make two draws for an overnight stay. You will be treated to a two-course hot breakfast in your cabin the following morning. Hope to see you all there!
